Digital Transformation

The club’s digital transformation project is a great step in order to develop the services introduced to the members inside and outside of the club.
The main features of the project:
Digitalization of systems and different management in the club on some levels and due to that, having complete control of entering and exiting the club members, staff and coaches from the gates- waiting in the clubs parking- paying annual membership subscription and different sports subscriptions- complaints and suggestions- restaurants and outlets management- reservations on the Marsa Matruh units- court reservations- birthday parties reservations- such athletic activities – financial management in other times.
Not only that, but it will be used as a sort of communication between the Board of Administration and Executive Management with the members of the club of all ages, and that will be throughout the application that can be downloaded on any portable phone or laptop and computer, whatever is more suitable for the members of the club to stay on the same page and up to date with the tournaments and other activities related to the club, and to also know all the information and services provided through the Government Services Center and different social and cultural committees.
The smart club ID, not only can it be used for entering and exiting the club , but can also be used for prepaid payments, that can be used inside and outside of the club ( depends on the member’s desire) and places to recharge the card’s credit will be placed within the club’s border, due to that you’ll be having to options to pay for anything within the club.
There’s more than one corporation and company working on the project in cooperation with the Systems and information Department- Public Relations and Sports Marketing- Electronic Services Department and is supervised by the main Committee on Information and Technology in the club:
