Financial Club Regulations

The purpose of this regulation is to organize the internal financial policies and procedures of the Heliopolis Club and its branches to reflect the Board of Directors vision of the full application of the system of financial governance and control to achieve the maximum benefit from financial resources in a way that contributes to providing the best services to club members. Issued by the Ministry of Youth and Sports No. 605 of 2017 dated 31/8/2017 and its annexes.
