Special procedures for re-registration

Re-registration:
The Board of Directors may return membership to the members whose membership was revoked due to non-payment of the annual subscription according to the following rules: –
– The application must be submitted with the knowledge of the member requesting the re-registration in person or his representative, along with submitting the documents and papers that are required of him to complete the file.
– Those who have failed to pay for previous years have applied and wish to be re-registered in the application prepared for this, and re-registration fees are calculated on the last subscription category in a situation as follows:
Year of payment: The subscription + the delay penalty determined at the time of submitting the application
First year: The actual subscription + 50% of the subscription value
Second year: The actual subscription + 100% of the subscription value
Third year: actual subscription + 200% of the subscription value
And starting from the fourth year, an amount of 2,000 pounds (two thousand pounds) is collected for each year in addition to the annual subscription, without a maximum, and the annual subscription value is calculated on the last subscription category at the time of submitting the application.
* When children request re-registration without their families, they will be held accountable from the date of the cessation of family membership as an individual member in the same category at the time of submitting the application without penalty for the years until they reach the age of 21 years, provided that they receive fees for re-registration for the years from their reaching 21 years of age to the time of submitting the re-registration request Fees are in the range of 2000 pounds for each year, in addition to the annual subscription fees.
* To re-register children, it is required that their names be included in the membership of their parents or one of them and have paid annual subscriptions within the family before ceasing to pay.
* Calculating the re-registration amounts from the date of submitting the application and not ratifying them, provided that the period for which payment is permitted does not exceed six months from the date of ratification, and the certification is canceled after this date.
* For members whose membership was revoked due to non-payment of annual subscriptions, they were re-registered, and they paid full re-registration fees and subscriptions for previous years and were granted a new membership number, they are entitled to attend the club’s general assembly after a full calendar year has passed from the date of full payment of re-registration fees.
* Membership is forfeited immediately for the member who submits any incorrect data or papers on the basis of which membership was accepted, regardless of the period he spent in the club without reference to him.
